Companion Lone worker® Service

This is a hosted monitoring service that provides remote and lone workers with the comfort that help is never far away should they require assistance. It is generally understood that working alone increases the vulnerability of workers and that incidents of violence or abuse have serious consequences for employees and the business they work for.

The service allows employees to record their expected work details using any telephone on any network. In the event that they are unable to complete their activity, or an emergency arises, an alert is raised.

The employee has control over the type and frequency of information that is recorded. The alerts escalation process can be customised for either individual employees, or the procedures of any organisation or user group, within both public and private sectors.
