The Thomas 360 Degree process is a software based system incorporating the best practices of the 360 Degree approach and has been designed primarily as a development tool, focussing on the soft skills and can be used successfully in individual development, as part of a leadership or management development programme, or improving the effectiveness of teams.
The system enables self-assessment by the reviewee, linked with assessment by other respondents which could include the manager, peers, team members and clients. This process enables the reviewee to obtain feedback on their strengths and limitations as percieved by the repondents and can be compared with their own views.
